Damages and issues
Alhamdulillah all our products are packed very carefully and rolled around a thick layer of bubble wrap, and are not able to take any damage due to dropping them. Our Capsules are packed in a hard plastic bottle, whereas the oils are packed tightly in a hard glass dropper bottle which is almost unbreakable, and before shipping each and every products are wrapped between a thick layer of bubble wrap, so there is not a single chance for any kind of damage to our products even in any tough conditions. Even if any product is damaged by the shipping company we take the product return to us only if:
Exchanges and refunds
1) Customer should send their Return Order within 8 days from the date of purchase. For example if a buyer buys a products from us on 10th of April 2024 and if the product is proved GENUINELY DAMAGED after reviewing the clear video of unboxing by the customer which is captured from the time of getting his package and showing the damaged products clearly, then only the buyer can return the product up to 8 days which will be till 19th of April 2024, if the buyer fails to provide us a clear video of unboxing their new sealed parcel and message us about the return, then our company CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN FROM THAT BUYER !! AND NO DISPUTE SHALL BE FILED BY THE PAYMENT GATEWAY FROM THE BUYER'S SIDE IF THE BUYER FAILS TO SEND US A CLEAR VIDEO PROOF OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT.
2) How can we know if the product is damaged or not ?
* The customer should make a clear video when he is unboxing our product with the clear label and his name and adress mentioned on the package he ordered.
* The video shall contain: The newly ordered package being unboxed, the printed Address and The buyer's name should be visible clearly in the video, the damaged product/s if any should be clearly seen at the time of unboxing.
* The Product will be considered as DAMAGED only if:
i) The Product is genuinely damaged and captured in the video made at the time of unboxing the package. If no video is made then we won't accept any kind of return/refund request.
ii) The Glass bottle is leaked or broken.
iii) The liquid black Seed oil or Indian Costus or ayah serum is leaked and dripping out from the bottle.
iv) The powder packed plastic zip lock is broken and the powder is all spread over in the parcel.
* WHEN A PACKAGE IS NOT CONSIDERD AS DAMAGED:
i) If the outer/main Box is slightly bent or damaged, and if the seal is not opened then the parcel is NOT DAMAGED.
* The unboxing video should be from the time when the customer receives the new product package from the post/courier.
* IF THE CUSTOMER/BUYER DOES NOT MAKE A CLEAR VIDEO FROM THE TIME OF UNBOXING THE NEW PACKAGE HE HAS ORDERED OR REFUSES TO DO SO THEN THE BUYER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF RETURN OR REFUND. * For us to know that our products are really damaged before the buyer receives the product, we need to verify from the clear unboxing video and if any buyer is unable to submit a clear video the No dispute shall be accepted from the buyers side and no return or refund will be granted by Us, and the act of accusing our products as damaged with our a clear video proof from the time of unboxing the product will be considered as act of fraud & wardrobing.
3) So hence we wont provide any kind of compensation, refund, fine, or fee for the dispute filed for damaged products without the damage proof video from the time of unboxing our product package. In case if any dispute is filed regarding the quality of our products, hence it won't be valid, because we have provide every kind of Quality proofs like customer reviews (good and bad ones) for you to understand the pros and cons of our each products. Secondly the quality and the material used is also mentioned in the product description, hence we won't claim any kind of dispute regarding the quality of the product. alhamdulillah all our products are Quality tested with our experts and total hygiene is maintained during the manufacturing, packing and shipping the product to your door step or to your post office.
4) After the product is PROVED AS DAMAGED, the customer should print a label on their own and send us the return damaged product ONLY THROUGH FEDEX COURIERS, because the FEDEX courier is in the nearby locality. THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE PREPARED AND PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO US THROUGH FEDEX ONLY.
Exceptions like non-returnable items or items with return limitations
The above mentioned policy applies on all products. Every product on our website is returnable if the above given rules are applied.
Exchanges and refunds
7) There’s a transaction, but the accountholder claims that he or she didn’t authorize payment.
8) Buyer pays for an item, but claims through PayPal's Purchase Protection program that they didn’t receive it. If the seller has sent a post/courier receipt then the customer should inquire with the post or their country's courier/ post office, instead of asking us for a refund unnecessarily.
"Item Not Received" claims will not be accepted if we have provided the proof of shipping and the tracking code and the image of parcel with the shipping receipt of INDIA POST.
The shipping/postal service company is responsible if the parcel is lost or did not reached the customer.
We won't refund for any lost parcel, so please contact your courier or post office after receiving the tracking number.
"Not as Described" claims not accepted please order on your own risk. - we won't accept not as described claims because all the necessary information is already available in the description section as well as we have provided all the customer & product reviews, so hence we will not accept any dispute or grant any refund or fine for NOT AS DESCRIBED CLAIMS.
